Muzoo is a smart link platform for artists and record labels. We provide tools to generate custom landing pages that route fans to various music streaming platforms. Our service operates on a pay-per-song model, where artists pay a one-time fee to publish a smart link permanently.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Payments and Credits

Publishing a link on Muzoo requires the payment of a one-time fee per song. Payments are processed securely via our payment providers (e.g., Lemon Squeezy). Once a link is published, it remains active indefinitely without recurring subscription fees, subject to our fair use policy.

4. Content Ownership and Liability

  • You retain all rights and ownership to the content (images, music URLs, text) you upload or link via our platform.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute your smart links to provide our services.
  • You represent and warrant that the content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • We are not responsible for the content of external streaming platforms linked through our service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Muzoo for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Distributing malicious links or malware.
  • Impersonating another artist, person, or entity.
  • Creating links for illegal, explicit, or highly offensive content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Muzoo and its services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall Muzoo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
