Thank you for choosing Muzoo. We strictly stand behind our "pay per link" publication model. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are provided.

1. General Policy

Due to the digital and immediate nature of our smart link publishing service, all sales constitute a final, non-refundable agreement. Once a payment of $1 (or equivalent regional currency) has been processed and a smart link is successfully generated and published, the transaction is considered complete.

2. Eligible Exceptions

We may offer refunds or credit adjustments in the following rare circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If a technical error on our platform prevents your smart link from being created or published after a successful charge.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are mistakenly billed multiple times for a single song publication.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If your payment method was used fraudulently to purchase services on Muzoo.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible exceptions above, please contact us within 14 days of the original transaction date. Please provide:

  • The email address associated with your Muzoo account.
  • The receipt link or transaction order ID from our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy).
  • A brief description of the issue or error.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted for situations including, but not limited to:

  • "Change of mind" requests after the link has been published.
  • Errors in the content provided by the user (e.g., misspelled slug, wrong music URL). Note: You can edit links via your dashboard after publication.
  • Removal of your music from third-party streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), rendering the smart link less effective.
  • Accounts terminated by Muzoo due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
